§ 92.03 WEEDS PROHIBITED; PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   It is unlawful for the owner, tenant or person in charge of a lot, tract or parcel of land, whether vacant or not, to permit a growth of noxious weeds, grass or other vegetation thereon or in the adjacent streets (including parkings) and alleys. Such growth of noxious weeds, grass or other vegetation is also hereby declared a public nuisance, and may be dealt with and abated as such.
