§ 92.01 LEGISLATIVE INTENT.
   (A)   State law adopted. It is hereby declared the intent of the Board of Trustees to adopt the provisions of 11 O.S. § 22-111 as to the cleaning and mowing of property.
   (B)   Administration. The Board of Trustees hereby designates the Town Administrator to carry out the duties of 11 O.S. § 22-111(A) as to the abatement of trash, weeds and grass.
   (C)   Code enforcement.
      (1)   Administrative hearing officer. The code enforcement officer is designated as the Town Administrator assigns, until such time as a successor may be named, as an administrative hearing officer, pursuant to 11 O.S. § 22-111(A)(7), to carry out the duties of the Town Board of Trustees under 11 O.S. § 22-111(A)cite.
      (2)   Appeal. The property owner shall have the right to appeal the decision of the administrative hearing officer to the Town Board of Trustees by filing a written notice of appeal with the Town Clerk within ten calendar days after the administrative order.
