There shall be no public health superintendent, as such, with all matters pertaining to the public health to be done under the office of the County Health Department and the State Health Department. The Board of Trustees may request the County Board of Health or the State Board of Health to act in regard to any matter that may involve the health and welfare of the inhabitants of the town.
