§ 74.03 APPROACHING OR ENTERING INTERSECTION.
   (A)   Right-of-way; state or federal highway. The driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle which has entered the intersection from a different highway; provided that the driver of a vehicle on a street which is not a state or federal highway approaching an intersection with a state or federal highway shall stop and yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection or which is so close thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard.
   (B)   Vehicles approaching at same time. When two vehicles enter or approach an intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
   (C)   Modification of rules. The right-of-way rules declared in divisions (A) and (B) of this section are modified at through highways and otherwise as stated in this title.
