(A) Authority of Board.
(1) The Board of Trustees, by motion or resolution, is hereby empowered to make effective the provisions of the traffic ordinances of this town and to make temporary or experimental regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions.
(2) No such temporary or experimental regulation shall remain in effect for more than 90 days.
(B) Testing devices. The Town Board of Trustees may have traffic control devices tested under actual conditions of traffic.
