(A) All users of the municipally owned wastewater treatment system will be assessed a charge, according to current rates set by the town utilities authority per 1,000 gallons of metered water consumption.
(B) In the case of users not on a metered water basis, an estimate of water consumption will be made by the Water Superintendent based on user class by comparing the nonmetered user with a metered user of a similar class.
(C) For example, a family of four with no water meter will be compared to a typical family of four with water use readings in order to accurately estimate water consumption.
