§ 51.18 POLLUTION OF WATER SUPPLY.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to deposit excrement or foul decaying matter in, or in any manner to corrupt, any reservoir or other source of water used for domestic purposes, or to aid or abet in any such act.
