(A) Person charged. All charges for water shall be charged against the applicant or consumer.
(B) Minimums for separate buildings or apartments. When more than one building of any kind, or more than one residential or single-family living area in any building, is served through one water meter, each such building, apartment or area shall be deemed a separate water service, and a separate minimum charge shall be made therefor and collected by the Town Clerk’s office. In any such case, such minimum charges shall be the regular minimum charge at the current rate in effect at the time of billing.
(C) Water rates. The fees charged to users of water from the town water system shall be set by motion or resolution by the town utilities authority and Board of Trustees as deemed necessary.
