(A) Established. A schedule of rates and fees for service charges for residence, business and commercial establishments as provided by this chapter for disposal of garbage, trash, rubbish and rubble shall be set by the town utilities authority, and submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval and adoption.
(B) Adopted. When such schedule for service charges shall have been approved and adopted, the same shall become a part of this chapter, the same as if fully incorporated herein, and shall be part of this section.
