§ 70.30 INSTALLATION, INSPECTION AND APPROVAL.
   (A)   Permittee shall be responsible for the purchase, installation, and construction of all improvements in the right-of-way according to the permit.
   (B)   The County Engineer shall inspect the improvements to determine conformity with the permit and the applicable details and specifications.
   (C)   The County Engineer shall be notified at least 24 hours in advance of construction and when construction is complete in order to allow for inspections.
   (D)   (1)   The County Engineer shall have the authority to make final administrative determinations as to the acceptability of any work done in the right-of-way.
      (2)   A final determination by the County Engineer that the work is complete and complies with the applicable standards shall satisfy permittee’s obligations under the permit and the permit bond.
