§ 70.26 SCHEDULE OF BONDS.
   The minimum permit bond required is based on the type and amount of work being authorized by this permit. Bond coverage is based upon the controlling operation of the proposed work within the right-of-way. Bond coverages may be adjusted at the discretion of the County Engineer and/or the Board of Commissioners.
