Unless heretofore, or hereafter, legally ordained otherwise with respect to any specific section of the county roads, and unless any said specific section of county roads have, pursuant to such ordinance, been specifically posted with respect to the speed limit thereof otherwise, no person shall drive a vehicle on any county road outside an urban district at a speed greater than 50 mph.
