§ 36.25 PUBLIC-PRIVATE AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   Adoption of I.C. 5-23 et seq. The Commissioners hereby adopt the provisions of I.C. 5-23 et seq., as amended.
   (B)   Authorization. The county shall comply with the processes, procedures, and requirements set forth in I.C. 5-23 et seq. prior to entering into any public-private agreement thereunder.
