(A) The County Drainage Board shall consist of five members.
(B) At least one of the members must be a member of the County Board of Commissioners, appointed by the Executives.
(C) The remaining members shall be resident freeholders of the county, knowledgeable in drainage matters.
(D) Freeholders shall serve terms of three years, staggered on an annual basis.
(E) The County Surveyor shall serve on the Drainage Board as an ex offico, non-voting member.
