§ 32.27 PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT.
   At its first regular meeting each year, the Parks and Recreation Board shall elect a President and Vice President. The Vice President shall have the authority to act as the President of the Parks and Recreation Board during the absence, or disability, of the President. The Parks and Recreation Board shall select a secretary from either within or without the membership of the Parks and Recreation Board.
