For regulated drains not located in platted subdivisions, no permanent structure (including fences) shall be erected within 75 feet measured at right angles from:
(A) The existing top edge of each bank of a regulated open drain, as determined by the county; or
(B) The center line of a tiled regulated drain, unless otherwise accepted by the county. The State Drainage Code may be consulted for further details.
