§ 151.08 LIABILITY.
   Larger floods can, and will, occur on rare occasions. Therefore, this chapter does not create any liability on the part of the community, the Natural Resources, or the state for any damages that result from reliance on this chapter, or any administrative decision lawfully made thereunder.
