The Zoning Administrator, during his or her review of improvement location permits, shall assure that all NFIP regulations pertaining to state and federal permits, subdivision review, mobile home tie downs standards, utility construction, record keeping (including lowest floor elevations), and watercourse alternation and maintenance have been met.
