§ 115.07 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Earlobe piercing and medical procedures performed by a state-licensed medical practitioner are exempt from this chapter.
   (B)   Affixing a permanent tattoo (as defined by 410 I.A.C. 1-5-19) by a tattoo artist under the direction and supervision of a state-licensed medical practitioner are exempt from this chapter.
