§ 111.12 RECORDS.
   The County Sheriff’s Department shall keep a record of all chapter violations pertaining to this chapter. The Sheriff shall report to the County Board of Commissioners all convictions for violations of this chapter, and shall note any such violation on the record of the registrant convicted.
