All cable companies operating in the county shall be required to have a television cable franchise executed by the County Board of Commissioners. Such franchise shall have a definite termination date, and shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter. The Board may impose any additional terms and conditions in the franchise deemed by the Board of Commissioners to be in the best interest of the residents of the county.
