All public campgrounds that are hereafter constructed, altered, or repaired shall conform to the applicable requirements of the State Department of Health and the County Health Department. Properly-prepared plans and specifications shall be submitted to, and approved by, the County Health Department, in writing, before starting any construction work. Any new or remodeled temporary campground must submit an application on forms provided by the County Health Department at least 90 days prior to scheduling the work, and at least 45 days prior to the first pre-opening compliance inspection.
