§ 91.13 ANIMAL SHELTER RECORDS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the County Animal Control/Shelter to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all animals taken into its custody.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Animal Control/Shelter to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all bite cases reported to it, and its investigation of the same.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the County Animal Control/Shelter to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all money belonging to the county with said records open to inspection, at reasonable times, by such persons responsible for similar records of the county. The records shall be audited by the State Board of Accounts annually in the same manner as other records of the county are audited.
