§ 91.12 INTERFERENCE.
   No person shall interfere with, hinder, or obstruct any agent of the County Animal Control/Shelter in the performance of any duty of such agent, or seek to release any animal in custody of the County Animal Control/Shelter, or its agents, except as herein provided.
