§ 91.10 RESPONSIBILITIES OF VETERINARIANS; EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every licensed veterinarian to report to the County Animal Control/Shelter the diagnosis of any animal observed as a rabies suspect.
   (B)   Hospitals, clinics, and other premises operated by a licensed veterinarian for the care and treatment of animals are exempt from the provisions of this chapter, except where such duties are expressly stated.
