Any person receiving any such notice of violation, as described herein, may demand, and shall be granted, a hearing on the matter before the local Health Board. Conduct of the hearing shall be prescribed by regulations promulgated by the local Health Board. The local Health Board shall hear testimony, and take evidence, on the matter, following which the Health Board shall sustain, modify, or revoke the notice of violation issued by the Health Officer.
