§ 39.03 INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT ZONE.
   (A)   In accordance with I.C. 6-1.1-12.5-4, the County Board of Commissioners shall establish an Infrastructure Development Zone.
   (B)   The Infrastructure Development Zone shall incorporate all of the unincorporated areas in the county.
   (C)   The Infrastructure Development Zone shall provide broadband services to the county residents residing in the Infrastructure Development Zone.
