(A) The County Board of Commissioners hereby affirm and reassert its intent to fully comply with all minimum standards of the NFIP, and to enforce strict compliance with its ordinance regulating development in special flood hazard areas.
(B) The Director of the Planning and Building Department, and all county personnel, are directed to adhere strictly to the procedures and substantive regulations pertaining to areas of special flood hazard within the county limits, and to consult, as necessary, with the County Attorney with respect to issues of appropriate enforcement.
