(If a project is continued three times, the project will be canceled/declined. All fees must be paid and will be forfeited, and the project must wait one year for the original submission date to re- apply.) | |
(B) Engineering review fees. Most engineering projects will have a review fee(s) beyond the application fee(s). The review fee shall equate to the contracted rate and time spent by the reviewing engineer and approved by the Drainage Board. Each year the Drainage Board will negotiate and approve the engineer review rate. This fee(s) shall be paid to the County Drainage Board in full before the Drainage Board project approval letter is given out, and before any new projects can be submitted/approved. New review rates will be posted on the County Surveyor’s website once approved. Fees shall be applied to the Surveyor’s Office Project Reviews Fund.
