(B) Engineering review fees. All engineering projects that require a stormwater pollution prevention plan for construction sites will require a review fee above and beyond the clean water permit fee. The review fee shall equate to the contract rate of the reviewing engineer, not to exceed $110 per hour. This fee shall be paid to the County Drainage Board, and shall be paid in full before any clean water permit is issue.
(C) Fees. All fees are non-refundable, unless so permitted by the Drainage Board.
