(A) A supplemental fee for recording a document in the amount of $3 per document shall be charged by the County Recorder’s Office.
(B) All revenue received by the Recorder pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the County Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund.
(C) The County Recorder shall post the fee set forth in this section in a prominent place within the Recorder’s Office where the fee schedule is readily accessible to the public.
