(A) The Electronic Map Generation Fund is hereby established, which Fund shall consist of electronic map inspection and copying fees collected by the County Engineering Department on behalf of the County Board of Commissioners and County Council.
(B) The Electronic Map Generation Fund shall be a dedicated fund administered by the County Council for the following purposes:
(1) The maintenance and upgrading enhancement of the land base map;
(2) The reimbursement expenses incurred by the County Engineering Department in supplying the land based map, or any portion thereof, in the form requested; and
(3) The expenses of administering the Electronic Map Generation Fund shall be paid from money in the Fund. Any money in the Fund not currently needed to meet the obligation of the Fund in the same manner as other public funds may be invested. Interest accruing from such investment shall be deposited into the Fund.
