(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who commits an offense as described in § 35.17 shall be liable to a fine of $2,500; such fine to be subject, however, to the discretion of the court of jurisdiction.
(C) Any regular or reserve police officer of the state, or any of its political subdivisions, is hereby empowered to issue, and serve, a civil citation against any person found to be committing an offense described in § 35.17.
