§ 35.19 MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The adoption of the Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (MHMP) does not obligate or mandate the county to use local tax money for projects identified in any Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (MHMP).
   (B)   The Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (MHMP) for the county is hereby adopted as an official plan of the county.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by County Board of Commissioners and shall repeal and replace all previous multi-hazard mitigation plans.
