§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 51.15 through 51.20 shall be guilty of an offense and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
