§ 30.39 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Mayor may appoint a Zoning Administrator, by and with the consent of the City Council. In the absence of a specific appointment by the Mayor, the Municipal Clerk is hereby designated as the Zoning Administrator.
