§ 150.052 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.
   Application for registration required by this subchapter shall be made in writing at the office of the Municipal Clerk, upon blanks furnished by the Municipal Clerk, which shall show the name and residence of the applicant, the business location of the applicant and such other information as may be required.
