The International Building Code, 2009 Edition, including all appendices, and the International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 Edition, for one- and two-family dwellings, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., one copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby adopted as the Building Code, incorporated in and made a part of the provisions of this Code, as though spread at large herein. All subsequent editions of said code that are adopted shall be likewise adopted as part of this code upon the subsequent editions being placed on file in the office of the City Clerk.
