§ 113.14 WEEDS.
   The licensee shall keep all weeds and vegetation on the premises used by him or her, cut down to a height not to exceed 12 inches at all times, and after cutting such weeds or vegetation, he or she shall remove the trash from such cutting from such premises forthwith.
