(A) The licensee shall remove from the premises used by him or her, at least once each week, all scraps and parts of dismantled automobiles not usable or salable.
(B) Such licensee shall also store all inflammable materials so as to reduce the fire hazard as much as possible, and in conformity with the orders of the Fire Department.
