§ 113.08 LICENSE, REVOCATION; NOT TRANSFERABLE.
   It shall be a condition of any of such licenses granted that they may be revoked at any time by the City Council for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any other ordinance of the municipality, and such license shall not be assignable or transferable.
