§ 30.29 MUNICIPAL POLICE CHIEF.
   The Municipal Police Chief shall have the power to arrest all offenders against the laws of the state or city, in the same manner as the Sheriff. He or she shall act as the Municipal Health Inspector, except when the municipality appoints another person to serve in this position. He or she shall make all necessary reports required by the municipal ordinances or laws of the state.
