§ 112.04 PERMIT FOR TRAILER AND PUBLIC CAMP.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to open, conduct, establish and maintain any place of ground for the purpose of a trailer or public camp unless a permit to do so shall have first been issued by the Mayor and City Council.
