The Pool Administrator shall have the authority to rent the municipal swimming pool to such organizations and other persons as he or she may in his or her discretion see fit, subject to the review of the governing body. The governing body shall prescribe rules and regulations for such rentals and shall require an appropriate number of qualified lifeguards to be in attendance during the rental period. Such fees and other costs shall be on file at the office of the Municipal Clerk and posted in a conspicuous place at the municipal swimming pool.
