§ 94.16 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Pool Administrator shall have the power and authority to enact bylaws, rules and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof.
   (B)   The Pool Administrator may provide suitable penalties for the violation of such bylaws, rules and regulations subject to the review and supervision of the governing body.
