§ 92.088 STREET COMMISSIONER; ABSENCE OF CITY ENGINEER; DUTIES.
   If there be no duly qualified and acting City Engineer in the municipality, the Street Commissioner shall perform all the duties which this chapter requires of the City Engineer.
