§ 92.086 SPACE BETWEEN CURB LINE AND LOT LINE.
   It shall be the duty of any owner or occupant of any lot abutting upon any street or avenue in the municipality, to keep the space between lot line and curb line on the street or avenue free and clear of all weeds, rubbish or other obstructions. Every such owner or occupant may improve such space and cultivate it as a lawn, with grass, ornamental shrubbery and flowers; and when such space is so improved and cultivated, it shall be unlawful for any person to lead, ride or drive any animal or vehicle upon such space, or, in any manner, to injure or deface the lawn, shrubbery or flowers so planted or cultivated thereon.
