§ 92.065 REFILLING EXCAVATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make an excavation in any street or streets of the municipality for any purpose whatsoever, if and when permitted and allowed, without thoroughly tamping and refilling the same in such manner as the City Engineer shall prescribe and direct.
