No gasoline pump shall hereafter be constructed, located or installed in the sidewalk space along any street within the municipality, and the construction, location or installation of any gasoline pump or any storage tank connected therewith beyond the building line or lot line or the servicing of any motor vehicle while standing beyond the building line or lot line of any portion of any street is hereby prohibited.
