(A) All-terrain vehicles and utility-type vehicles may be operated on streets and highways within the corporate limits of the city only if the operator and the vehicle comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) An all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle may be operated as authorized in division (A) above when such operation occurs only between the hours of sunrise and sunset. Any person operating an all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle as authorized in division (A) above shall be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Class O operator’s license, shall have liability insurance coverage for the all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle while operating the all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle on a street or highway, and shall operate such vehicle at posted speed limits and not in excess of 30 mph. The person operating the all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle shall provide proof of such insurance coverage to any peace officer requesting such proof within five days of such a request. When operating an all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle as authorized in division (A) above, the headlight and taillight of the vehicle shall be on and the vehicle shall be equipped with a bicycle safety flag which extends not less than five feet above ground attached to the rear of such vehicle. The bicycle safety flag shall be triangular in shape with an area of not less than 30 square inches and shall be day-glow in color. No farm permits are allowed within corporate limits.
(C) All-terrain vehicles and utility-type vehicles may be operated without complying with division (B) above on highways in parades which have been authorized by the state or any department, board, commission or political subdivision of the state.
(D) An all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle shall not be operated on any controlled-access highway with more than two marked traffic lanes, and the crossing of any controlled-access highway with more than two marked traffic lanes shall not be permitted. Divisions (A), (B) (C), (D) and (E) below and § 73.22 authorize and apply to operation of an all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle only on a highway other than a controlled-access highway with more than two marked traffic lanes.
(E) Use of wireless communication devices are prohibited while operating all-terrain vehicles or utility-type vehicles.
(F) Operation of all-terrain vehicles and utility-type vehicles may be operated or parked on streets within the corporate limits of the city, with the exception of North Main Street between Birch Street and Front Street.
